No, we will mail you a box - simply put your device in the box and use the included return label to send it back for free!
Customers can plan to receive their checks within 10 business days of mailing in their device.
We mail you a check, most people receive their payment within a week of mailing in their devices.
Your quote is good for 14 days from when you submit it; if it isn't postmarked by then, you will receive whatever quote we were giving on the day you mailed it!
For most devices the charger is not required to receive your full quote, however for certain products, such as wearables, the charger is required. If anything besides the device itself is required it will be specifically mentioned in the item condition section!
Today's electronics are very valuable and we try to maximize their value when offering you a quote. Because we refurbish everything in house we're able to keep margins low and offer you the best possible price.
Because of the high rate at which new devices come out, it is very easy for a device to quickly become outdated. Also, many factors affect price such as brand, carrier, and many others. We try to always pay as much as possible.

Most of the phones that we purchase are refurbished and resold so that they are able to find a great second home and all the ones that can't be fixed get recycled!

As soon as you purchase a repair online, we will mail you a box with a Priority shipping label to send it in to us. We do all repairs same-day and then mail the device back Priority. It takes about 7 days at most, from the time a repair is purchased to when you receive the repaired device back from us.

Yes, all repairs come with a 180 day warranty against any defective parts! This does not cover accidental damage or liquid damage.
No! Apple recently changed their policy to allow devices that have received third party repairs to remain under their normal warranty.
Although we do require access to your phone in order to test all repairs and functionality we absolutely do not ever view any personal information. If you would feel safer backing up your phone and wiping it before sending it in you are more than welcome to and then simply restore it when you receive it back.
